JEFFREY L. HOSLER

Mr. Hosler is a co-founder of The Environmental Management Company LLC (TEMCO) and has thirty years experience in the environmental field. As a Hydrogeologist and Project Manager in the environmental consulting industry, he has completed hundreds of site assessment, detailed site investigation, and environmental auditing projects, ranging from large multi-media Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies under CERCLA and RCRA Facility Investigations to Phase I Environmental Assessments for property transactions. Many of these projects have included comprehensive soil and groundwater contamination assessments as well as evaluation and design of site remediation strategies.

Since 1996, Mr. Hosler has applied his technical and project management experience primarily to resolving the environmental problems of Brownfield Redevelopment projects. He has developed several strategies for remediating contamination using low cost methods such as remediation by natural attenuation (RNA) and in-situ biological and chemical treatment, and frequently by using site redevelopment itself as part of the remediation.

Mr. Hosler has more than seven years experience as an Environmental Engineer at the plant level and on the corporate environmental staff of a major industrial manufacturing firm. He managed industrial waste TSD facilities and environmental compliance issues at the plant level and conducted waste management environmental audits at company plants throughout North America while on the corporate environmental staff. Mr. Hosler has also served as both Regional Geologist and Manager of Ground Water Programs for a regional office of a state environmental regulatory agency.

During his career in the environmental consulting industry, Mr. Hosler served as a senior level Regional Manager and Project Director in several of the largest and most respected environmental consulting firms. He successfully developed regional Geosciences practices for two of these companies, with full responsibility for profit and loss, staff technical training, project management, and Quality Assurance programs. He has also developed and managed large, full-services offices which included remedial engineering, risk assessment, and related environmental disciplines.
